  I have been visiting this convenience store for 6 years. My family spends a lot of money there, in the last month in gas and items it has been 286.00. For years I have been charged .50 cents for a cup of ice and always paid it. Recently I decided to start using a reusable cup since their cups are foam and generally not environmentally friendly and thought they would charge me the same 50 cents to fill it along with the other items I typically buy there. I generally spend 5.00 or more each visit. The owner became very rude with my daughter over it and told my husband on the phone to never bring the cup in again. The general attitude will now cause our family to never use his business again. I will now be making the trip to a store further away with less of an attitude problem from the owner. He was flat out rude, he always is really since every time I have been in there in the morning he is on the phone while running the cash register and barely recognizes your presence at all. I just chalked it up to him being who he was and left it at that. Today it became clear it is an overall problem with his demeanor and attitude about his customers. This is unfortunate since the rest of his staff are always very polite and generally nice people. Plus I generally like to frequent local businesses but he is just too rude to bear. It is also unfortunate that a daily customer of 6 years is treated so badly over a cup of ice. The gas is also generally higher than other stores in the area.
